Dr. Hoai-An Truong will be providing a live CE on the topic of Medication Error/Safety on February 16, 2013 at 10:30am. The title is, "Patient Safety and Clinical Pharmacy Services Collaborative (PSPC): A National Initiative with Strategies and Opportunities for Pharmacists." This program will take place at the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy in Baltimore.
