SNPhA chapters of the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, University of Maryland-Baltimore, Notre Dame of Maryland University, and Howard schools of pharmacy have launched a T-Shirt fundraiser to benefit the University of Puerto Rico School of Pharmacy (UPR SOP).
As many of you are aware, Hurricane Maria, a Category 5 hurricane, caused catastrophic damage and a major humanitarian crisis in Puerto Rico. As a result of the destruction, the UPR SOP has been forced to send their students to the US mainland to complete their APPE rotations.
Please consider buying a t-shirt, which features the 2017 Top 200 drugs and the flag of Puerto Rico, or donating on our fundraising page:
https://www.customink.com/fundraising/snphaforuprsop
100% of the proceeds from your purchase will be donated to the UPR SOP to benefit student pharmacists affected by Hurricane Maria. The fundraiser will be open until November 1, 2017. Your t-shirt will ship directly to your home around November 14, 2017. SNPhA’s goal is to sell 100 t-shirts, so please pass this message along to your co-workers, preceptors, and pharmacy friends!
